The Specialty Medicine for the Primary Care Provider Lecture Series is designed to provide a practical and helpful review of common clinical concerns facing primary care providers. Each topic will revolve around a clinical vignette that exemplifies the issues. The discussants will review the initial evaluation, work-up and management of particular disease states, and define when a patient needs to be treated and/or transferred for further treatment.
The environment is designed to facilitate discussion and attendees are encouraged to ask questions relating to their day-to-day practice.
